Where are the cheap LED's?

Hey Folks,
So we just got and installed this cool koi pond (about 100 gal. -400 liters maybe?- ) Well, I have bunches of lighting and picaxe choreography ideas running through my head and have run into a problem. I have played with some led's underwater and within streams of water and they work great, but it seems I will need quite a few to achieve the effects I desire.
On to the ol' Ebay I have found awesome deals (as low as $.08 per led) however, they are all shipped from China i.e. 3-4 weeks shipping.
Does anyone have a good hook-up for cheap, bulk leds from a U.S. supplier? --Or for that matter, does anyone have any cool ideas for lighting up a pond? C'mon! Servos, Led's, water!?!? --There has got to be a lot of cool stuff to do with this!

A quick search on
A quick search on Digikey.com gives: http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?name=160-170... which are 0.09 for 1 and 0.058 if you buy 100. They are just the first ones I found, so search around on their site. They have lots of different LEDs with different properties.
Disclaimer: I haven't bought anything from Digikey myself, so I don't know their service.
I've ordered from DigiKey
I've ordered from DigiKey several times, I'm happy with them. The order sometimes takes a day or two to ship, unlike Sparkfun, but aside from that no complaints.

Thanks guys.
