Hello everyone I have a problem regarding python and openCV. I want to make a rectangle in the middle of a video stream I was able to do it with a static image using the PIL library

This is an old project of mine that I think I now want to finish. It will be my first attempt at image processing.

Hello, I am new to this site so I hope you won’t mind if I ask a few questions that I am sure are going to sound quite amateurish to most of you.
